Well, unlike most of your pics, this one I didn't like. It looks cold and artificial. Both Snape, but (much) more so Hermione, appears stiff, erect, and really reminded me of dolls in a clothes shop's display window, positioned to look as if they dance with each other.
Hermione's hair looks like a bloke of shiny ropes and I am not sure at all this is what you meant. For one thing, the girl is dancing. Her hair supposed to fall around her face. Not to mention that Hermione's hair main characteristic, if not Hermione's main characteristic after her teeth were straightened, is her hair being bushy. Not glossy, not thick, but BUSHY. Meaning wild, untamed, flying all around – in short: messy.
While Hermione's arms and shoulders are freckled, the skin of her face is unblemished. It's possible if she's applying make up, but being freckled, I can tell you that freckles don't stop at the neckline. Making Hermione's face a bit freckled would also help to make her look a little more human and a little less like a Barbie doll.
Snape's hand: being so gaunt, I think his metacarpal bones should be more prominent. I'd also like the veins curling along the back of his hand to be more notable, but that's a matter of personal taste :-P. The thumb's knuckle is lacking- it's almost nonexistent, making the thumb appears knuckle-less (a Raphaelite fingers?) All in all, Snape's palm simply isn't positioned correctly. It should be launched forward, from the 'back' of the pictured toward the viewer; like Hermione's hand. Instead, it's simply stuck in the front like some sort of banner.
What I did enjoy looking at is Hermione's torso and arms. There is a lovely, fleshy fluency about them. I also like your Snape, though this time his nose was too wide for my liking. Personal taste again. I guess I'm simply used to seeing it hooked and sharp

More dance poses? Good suggestion, but I'm going to do a family portrait next.
